Shipping & Payment Policy

We offer easy and convenient ways for shipping to provide you a smooth experience of online shopping!

 

All of our product undergoes quality checks before it is placed for shipping.

 

We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. Leather King insures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES It depends upon location to location and will be informed before shipment.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (ALL OVER INDIA)

 

We have two types of shipping available with us (Normal Shipping and Express Shipping)

 

Normal Shipping takes 4 to 7 Working Days to Deliver after dispatch

 

Express Shipping takes 2 to 5 Working days to Deliver after dispatch

 

Order Once Placed in Normal Shipping will be Dispatch in 2 to 4 working Days. Express orders will be dispatched In 1 to 2 Working Days After Order.

 

DELIVERY TIME This may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner. However, we endeavour to deliver orders within 4 to 7 Business days (excludes public holidays). Working days doesn’t includes Saturday, Sunday or any Government Holidays.

 

You will get tracking from Courier Company after dispatch Via SMS or Email.

For International Orders - Shipping charges for international delivery depends on receiver's country

 

To place international orders, Kindly DM us on on our official WhatsApp number. We will confirm your respective orders along with the Shipping charges and further details.

 

1. We Don’t Deliver in Pakistan.

2. We Use Courier Partners (DHL, Aramex, Indian Post, Fedex..etc))

3. Delivering International Parcels Within 12 to 15 Working days.

 

Order cut-off times are provided as stated guidelines only. We do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

 

Prices listed on our page do not include custom duty charges (depends on country's regulations and have to be borne by customer only).

 

We are also not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances. To wait patiently once your order is a shipped is a key for smooth experience; placing order well in time considering your timeline is always advisable to avoid the unnecessary delays whatsoever.

 

We also want you to provide complete and correct address when you place your order as further changes aren't possible once the order is shipped

• Clean Regularly- Gently wipe the leather with a soft, damp cloth to remove surface dirt. Avoid using harsh chemicals or detergents.
• Conditioning for maintenance- Apply a quality leather conditioner periodically to keep the leather supple and prevent it from drying out or cracking.
• Don’t spill!- Protect the leather from prolonged exposure to water. If it gets wet, dry it slowly at room temperature and avoid direct heat sources.
• Storage- When not in use, store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and deterioration.
• Care- Do not overload the bag to maintain integral shape with time.
• Erase Spots- For stains, try cleaning the spots with a mild leather cleaner on an inconspicuous area first, in order to test for colorfastness.
