Customer Satisfaction & Purchase Assurance
At Leather King, we believe that a customer's complete satisfaction begins with clear communication, transparency, and a thorough understanding of the product before the purchase is finalized.
Our Customer Support Team personally communicates with customers to understand their exact requirements and provide complete clarity regarding the product, including its specifications, size, features, pricing, availability, and other relevant details. We make every effort to ensure that the customer has all the necessary information before the order is confirmed and the product is delivered.
We do not believe in unnecessary sales, misleading commitments, or adding any unwanted burden to our customers. Our approach is to provide the right product based on the customer's actual requirement, without creating unnecessary purchases or obligations.
Before dispatch, our team remains available to clarify any questions and reconfirm the relevant order details wherever required. We continue to communicate with the customer throughout the process—from order confirmation and product preparation to delivery and after-sales support.
Our commitment does not end with the sale. We remain in touch with our customers to address their queries and concerns and to ensure that their experience with Leather King is as smooth, transparent, and satisfactory as possible.
Transparent Purchase Policy
We believe that customers should make their purchase with complete knowledge and confidence. Therefore, relevant product details, specifications, pricing, and other applicable terms are clearly communicated and confirmed before the product is delivered.
Our objective is simple: no unnecessary sales, no unexpected surprises, and no avoidable burden on the customer.
Returns & Refunds
As our products are carefully discussed and confirmed with the customer before delivery, all website purchases are considered final and non-refundable, and we do not accept returns for change of mind or reasons unrelated to a product defect.
However, if a product has a genuine manufacturing defect, the customer is requested to contact our Customer Support Team promptly after receiving the product. The matter will be reviewed and, where the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, Leather King will take appropriate corrective action in accordance with our applicable policy.
Our aim is to build long-term relationships with our customers through honest communication, transparent dealings, responsible selling, and dedicated customer support.
Leather King — We believe in selling the right product, not simply making a sale.
